Gratitude Journal
"Gratitude enhances self-love and empathy"
"Gratitude significantly impacts on body functions and psychological conditions like stress, anxiety, and depression"
Being grateful and expressing this gratitude doesn't mean ignoring or denying difficult circumstances but rather finding reasons to be grateful even in the midst of hardships. This perspective is rooted in the belief that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
Being grateful as a Christian means acknowledging and expressing gratitude for God's blessings, grace, and provisions in your life. It involves recognising that everything good comes from God and responding with a thankful heart.
So instead of focusing on the negative, why don't you let go and focus on the positive? Why don't you focus on the things to be grateful for?
Start your journalling journey today, by setting time aside to reflect and write out things you are grateful for.
